UK Engineering Services have the complete project management toolbox, to ensure our clients achieve complete projects on time, within budget and to the specified scope & quality. Addressing the life cycle of a project requires discrete objectives to be met. |

|
Define Project Objectives. Using sales forecasts, volume and product mix. UKES will develop a Masterplan with key client personnel. The Masterplan output develops equipment, utility and space requirements. It can provide the first indication of costs and timescale. Project Execution Strategy. This may involve the following types of decisions:
Master Schedule. These are important as they stimulate the decision-making process and register progress towards the end result. UKES use Microsoft Project 2007 as our standard tool, which allows Critical Path Analysis, Tracking, Baseline amendments, Earned Value and additional detailed relationships to be recorded as the project grows. |

|
Communication Plan. This operates at multiple levels, and meets the decision making needs of each team
Vendor Control. The mechanisms for ensuring the individual components come together as planned and budgeted.
